Floyd County Humane Society

Welcome

The Floyd County Humane Society is dedicated to the care and responsible, respectful treatment of all animals. We serve Floyd County and the New River Valley in the stewardship of animal welfare. In addtion to pet rescue, foster and adoption, we offer reduced cost spay and neuter for dogs and cats.

The FCHS is an all volunteer, non-profit, 501(c)3 Humane Society. Although a separate entity, the FCHS works closely with the Floyd County Animal Shelter.
