Meet Rosie! Isn't she pretty?

October 29, 2019

Miss Rosie is gonna rivet you with her intelligence, curiosity, playfulness, affection, and beauty. She has a delightful way of furrowing her brow while determining your next move.

FCHS foster dog Rosie gets along well with dogs (we’ve seen that) and with children (according to her previous owner), but she was owner-surrendered due to her prey drive with chickens, so we suggest that she not be placed with chickens. She has no known cat history. Rosie is in terrific health, and we’ve revised her age estimate, based on her teeth, to four or fewer years. This busy and lively lady is spayed and current on vaccinations. She is also house-trained.

Rosie may tug a bit on a leash but, hey, there’s a whole lot of exploring to do out there! If you would like to explore with Rosie, please contact Carol at the Floyd County Humane Society: cymoates@gmail.com.
