Bear is happy and comfy in his forever home!
How did this pup get the name “Bear”? Certainly not from his ferociousness. But look at his face and ears and…there it is! Bear is a rottie mix, about 7-9 months old, weighing 54 pounds, and ready to be yours. He’s a little shy in the Humane Society kennels but definitely wants attention from people and warms up quickly. We recommend no cats in Bear’s home. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to meet Bear. Humphrey is a happy, playful kitten who was a stray. He is up to date on his vaccines and will be neutered when age appropiate.

Hubert is a sweet guy who had a rough start in life. He was an outdoor kitten and sustained a serious injury resulting in a fractured pelvis. The break does not involve his hip joint and we hope he will heal with rest and care. He is already improving! Hubert has tested negative for FELV/FIV and has started vaccines. If you would like to meet this sweet kitten, leave a message at 540-745-7207 or e-mail [email protected]. Daisy is enjoying life with her forever family! Yay Daisy!!!
What do you get when you cross a Basset Hound with a Labrador Retriever? A Daisy, of course! Darling Daisy, a new Floyd County Humane Society foster, is 60 pounds of sunshine and love. (She does need to put on a little weight.) Daisy may be dog-particular. We don’t know Daisy’s record with cats and we strongly suggest no chickens in the adopter’s home. Daisy is a mellow 4 to 5 years old and an excellent road companion. Please contact Carol at [email protected] if you would like to meet Daisy. |
