Diva is adopted!!

From Diva's mom: "Diva is a very loving dog and enjoys cuddling on the couch. She knows how to sit and give you her paw. Diva sleeps in her crate at night with no problems. She is partially house trained. I feel the accidents in the house during the day are from separation anxiety but I'm not sure. She uses pee-pee pads during the day. Diva would benefit from being in a home without cats. She continues to chase my cats daily. Also, a fenced in backyard would be needed. Diva has a lot of pinned up energy and she loves to be outdoors. I have attempted dog training, however she was too anxious to finish the first class. The trainer suggested Diva would benefit from private lessons. Diva has attended doggy day care and did well with other dogs. She does well with kids.

She is a Pit-Mix and is almost 2 years old. I adopted Diva from someone on Facebook in August of this year. Upon adopting Diva, the previous owner stated she tested positive for heart worms in April of this year. Diva has since been re-tested and has a very faint positive. She has one more dose of her medication left and has been on antibiotics for one month. She is up to date on all her shots. I can provide copies of all shots given. I, unfortunately, can not provide Diva with the proper care she needs."
